Q: Is it a genuine product that you handle?
A: All the products we sell are genuine. We have a track record of sales on other platforms such as BUYMA, and we verify the authenticity of our products when they arrive.

Q: Do you have a warranty?
A: We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. Please contact us for details.

Q: Why can you sell cheaper than the official website?
A: Our shop is directly purchased by specialized buyers in Milan, Italy. We sell at a great price by buying in bulk through our own route and reducing transportation costs.

Q: Are boxes and shopping bags included?
A: Boxes and shopping bags may not be included due to bulk purchases and reduced shipping costs. Please check the details in the description of each item.

Q: Do you also handle USED products?
A: We mainly deal in unused items purchased in Milan, Italy, but we also handle some used items. Our company has obtained a secondhand dealer license from the Japanese Public Safety Commission. For USED products, "USED" is indicated in the product title, and the product condition is also indicated on the product page.

◼️ About shipping

Q: In how many days will it arrive?
A: Usually, we will ship within 3 business days after payment is completed. If the shipment is delayed, we will contact you in advance. Business days are weekdays excluding weekends and holidays.

Q: Is gift wrapping possible?
A: Gift wrapping is currently not supported.

Q: Can I return/exchange/refund?
A: In order to prevent replacement, etc., we will only accept returns if the shipping box is unopened. After returning the product, our staff will confirm that there is no difference in the product from the time of shipment, and then the refund will be made. In addition, in the case of a return due to the customer's convenience, the return shipping fee will be charged. If there is an initial defect, we will deal with it separately, so please contact us.
